To ensure your item arrives in time for Christmas, please note the latest posting dates are:

Wednesday, 18th December - for UK Standard delivery

Saturday, 21st December - for next day delivery

1. Shipping Destinations

At this time, we only offer shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK). We do not currently ship to international addresses, including Ireland, the Channel Islands, or any other countries outside the UK.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed the following business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of purchase.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time can be anywhere between [2 -7] business days.

  • Next Day Delivery: Estimated delivery time is next working day if ordered before midday (but not guaranteed by a specific time)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the total order value. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order directly with the courier.

6. Delivery Issues

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number, and we will assist you in locating your package.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

RETURNS

We offer store credit or exchanges on unused and undamaged pieces within 14 days of receiving your online order. Items returned for exchange or credit must be in their original condition with packaging intact.

We don’t currently offer free UK returns but if you would like to proceed with a return or exchange, please email a request with your original order number in the subject line to hello@nellestudios.com within 14 days of receipt.
